My Dream Job

Image
30 Day Blog Challenge - Day 4 Like I said in an older post, I wanted to become an engineer when i was younger. I thought I had the passion, but life proved me wrong. Yeah, I was daft then. To be very honest, I don't have a dream job. Do I truly understand the meaning of a job? Or am I not passionate enough? I don't think it's either. A job is when you work for or under someone for money right? I don't think I need that. Well, people have spent almost their lifetime working for people, maintaining that 9-5 timeframe, being bossed around and stuff like that, that's their life. Research also shows that people no longer follow what they studied in school when it comes to getting a job. And in this present world, people would choose skills over school certificates. What's a certificate when someone else who is uneducated does the job more than you do? For me, I envision my career to be centered around self employment. I have no time and strength to take orders from a

My Favorite Quote

30 Day Blog Challenge - Day 3 I'm not a fan of quotes, I'm not sure exactly why. Recently during my normal work research, I stumbled on this interesting quote by Albert Einstein, the theoretical physicist. When I came across this quote, I found out that quotes are nothing but people's reality which has been put out to guide the oncoming generation. They are nuggets of wisdom that are discovered through other people's experience which can match with our circumstances or inspire us to move in different directions. I just love this quote from Sir Albert. It basically gave me a clear vision of what to do with my career in a one-liner! Amazing. It inspired me to break limits which I once thought I couldn't. This quote showed me that indeed, there's a genius in every human. I'm a dude who likes to procrastinate a lot. I would judge my ability to do certain things and I end up not doing them.  I would think I couldn't and this is the exact same thing Albert is

Headlines are obviously, the gateway of your post or blog. If your headlines doesn't have the basic properties it should possess, your article is failing. You should know that your headline must play these two roles in order to be listed out as an okay headline: Grab the reader's attention. Motivate the reader to read on. 1. Grab the reader's attention. Your headline should be good enough to to grab the attention of anyone who comes across it, especially your targeted audience. Few things we can do to grab attention: Make your headline stand-out visually. Use attention grabbing keywords. Be concise.
